There is a long standing community on Livejournal called IndeedSir as well. The content from that community is backed up on Dreamwidth as IndeedSir_Backup. If you are looking for pre-2019 content, chances are those are good places to start. Also, the Fanlore page is a good place to look for things.
Free downloads of early P. G. Wodehouse texts that have entered public domain Are available at Project Gutenberg.
